C1 APPLICATION GRANTED-HATCHET MTN., BURNEY/REDDING KZRO-FM has been recently granted a new, existing transmission site at
Hatchet Mountain. This site overlooks the Redding, CA valley with
no obstructions. Move our tower, transmitter and building in Mt. Shasta to
this new site and cover the ARB metro. This is a directional allocation,
but due to adjacent stations moving and making changes behind this application,
we're confident that this CP can be licensed non-directional.

as a Class C1. Below is our C3 configuration. 5kw QEI and 6-Bay SWR w/radomes @5,000’ gets into five California counties. Studio/Transmitter site is adjacent
to the Interstate-5 (I-5 Freeway), covers corridor for app. 100 miles. Marti/Scala STL and license included. All station
equipment new in 1996. Recently installed Scott SS-32 Air (with triple digital audio overlap) and Scott Production
computer. Includes additional redundant server hard drive (networked) for backup of spots and music. System is
satellite format ready, or go fully automated/live assist. Net catch background record, time shift and switcher, plus
station is controllable by internet from anywhere in the world. Traffic/Music computer also hosts SS-Merge/Dispatch
control software as well as the SS-Server/Backup all on Windows network. Includes Voice Tracking, CD Ripper plus Adobe 128 track digitaleditor for production. Natural Software Music and Traffic/Billing programs included (all Scott/
Music/Traffic/Adobe new 7/2004). Virtual Voice Automated Weather on line for 24/7 (live) on air weather if desired.
